Gail Ciampa-Spear has owned G.E.C. Detective Agency since 1994. She has a background in law enforcement and comes from a proud Italian family of police officers. One of Gail’s biggest role models was her father, who has over 50 years of experience in law enforcement. Not only was her father a police officer but her brothers are and were police officers, her husband was a police officer and in law enforcement for 22 years, her cousin is on a SWAT team, and she was driven to school in the police car. She grew up with the police scanner on 24/7! It is not surprising that she developed an interest in police work and service to her community.
Her work as a police officer led her to a career as a Private Detective. As a female Private Investigator, Gail has a particular interest in helping women, which evolved from her work as a female police officer who had to deal with cases of sexual violence against women, as well as domestic violence.
